High School Mindset Training 

A mindfulness journey that releases high schoolers highest potential. Empowering and creating resilient and self awareness students who understand their thoughts and emotions.​ Encouraging positive thinking and healthy wellness routines to interrupt depression and anxiety. Students will be led through guided meditation, relevant experimental learning, circle discussions and goal and mindset training.
