Middle School Youth Program

The goal is to positively influence young kids and make an  leave an impactful impressions. Middle school students are introduced to mindfulness basics in this five week course. Students can expect to learn: 

  • Community building 

  • Gratitude and Positive Thinking Techniques

  • Mindfulness Movement Stretches 

  • Guided Meditation 

  • Self Awareness
